We think the field of medical simulation has been missing something important. The focus has been on recognising ‘classic' presentations one by one, or honing procedural skills. It seems to us that the hardest things in healthcare actually the atypical cases, where you’re not quite sure of the right way forward, so you resolve to do some tests, treat presumptively, and return later. Or when several patients deteriorate at the same time. Or simply being unsure if a patient can be safely discharged.

It’s time for Admission. Our goal is to train you for what’s actually difficult. We provide healthcare simulation which focusses on dealing with the chaos, uncertainty and time pressure inherent in acute healthcare. With intelligent feedback, our training tools will help you develop your ability to cope and thrive under pressure.

In the future, we aim to expand our range of tools to include training suitable for nurses, paramedics, bed managers, and indeed anyone whose job is all about making high stakes decisions in conditions of uncertainty, fast.
